I think it's pretty clear from Steve's msgs in this thread that it's not just about money. It sounds like he's wanting more for the site to push it forward, I mean really apart from the one-off sex scenes with her boyfriend and Jordan Capri it's just been sets of her naked and smiling... for 4 years. On top of that there's the ego problem and as a couple of others have said, she can be difficult in front of the camera as well.
Since she is approaching other companies she may find herself in this exact same situation once the contract with them runs out. Plus, if she walks away from Steve's $24k no compete offer there's no guarantee she'll even make that much elsewhere.
