I am not sure of your contract with her and whether she can just walk out or not but I am going to assume she can.
Paying her 2K a month for doing nothing is fair, but I would not think this would be enough for her to to not source another company for additional income.
Only you know Steve, the residual value she has with the content you have stockpiled, you know the costs to run her site, you know the profitability of the site etc.
YOU know what you can expect to make off the site even if the site is showing a decline in percentage of value...

Tawnee is fishing because she will not give you a concrete number of what she wants. She needs to lay out all her terms down to the dollar amount.
Pull that number out of your head I asked you to store, and either accept or reject her proposal based on that number stored.
A model is only worth what somebody is willing to pay.
