that is very weird because conversions are consistent and we have monitors on the join forms that trigger alerts if there is a problem and there have been no flags, alerts etc. in the last several days.
is there a particular country people are having problems from ?

we can switch processors if necessary. the link posted in the first post is not a valid hotelheiress link btw - it is a partial affiliate link. all our tests functioned normally.
