I ordered a 20GB mp3 player from Dell, along with a carrying case and a cassete tape adapter for my car.
Turns out I already had an adapter that worked with my CD player, so I called Dell to make a return on the $20 cassette tape adapter. They credited my account for the $20 and told me to keep the adapter
