This is what pisses me off...it's kinda like those assholes who keep praying at football games and when the school stops the student the student takes them to court.
What ends up happening is some poor school district ends up having to go to court and paying legal fees instead of spending that money on education.
Kind of the same deal here.
Instead of proposing legislation that will actually pass constitutional muster with the supreme court these assholes try to pass something that is clearly in violation of free speech.
So what happens? Our fucked up justice department spends money trying to shut down these kinds of sites like this and spending huge amounts of money on legal fees fighthing this b.s. instead of using it for something useful.
