It doesn't matter, if you're breaking a country's law, and you reside in that country, it doesn't matter your citizenship, you'll be arrested. If you live in another country, you might be declared a fugitive or wanted in the US, and the US might ask for an extradition, even to the country you're a citizen of, although that's highly unlikely to happen for a case like this. But be sure that the moment you step into US soil, you'll be arrested and taken to court. anyone remember that Russian Programmer that Adobe got to jail? he was just attending a conference in Vegas and got arrested for DMCA violations which where completely legal in Russia.
