If you can't handle losing a week's pay, don't offer the free trial. Moron.
Looks like your game is to offer a free trial, then start hammering for a commitment after two or three days.
Try it this way: when the week is up, ask the client if they want to continue. If they say no, thank them for trying the service. They might come back later on. Then STFU.
Otherwise, don't offer a free week.
