About 6 weeks ago I negotiated a new price with my host.
Due to odd behaviour at the billing company they billed my Amex about $7,500 extra. Not my hosts fault but it made Amex more than a touch nervous.
Anyways the moral of the story is I don't blame my host for mistakes at the processor and I doubt candid are to blame here.
But I agree its annoying caused me some hassle for sure.
