Maybe I'm just stupid but:
a) What did you buy (what did he say it did)
b) What did he give you (what does it do)
and finally
c) Did what he gave you do what he said it did?
-- If it did, he's right.. offerance & acceptance.. A plumber gets payed just for knowing where to hit the pipe with his hammer. If it didn't, well, get a refund.. plain and simp.
