I have had some very successful conversion with one of my affiliates.

The conversion is very high... too high in fact.

He is making sales right and left while other affiliates have done next to nothing for a long time.

Is it possible that an affiliate can make fraud memberships, get the commission, and then later, I get the charegbacks?

Can CCBill investigate the new members to be sure they are legal?

I really need some good informantion here.
