hate to burst the bubble, but there is no monkbeer in holland anymore, i drink a lotta special beer (just got some maredsous yday pretty obscure and great) but since heineken bought the last brewery that was ran by monks, its officially forbidden to call it kloosterbier/monksbeer
never heard of that doubt if its for real, lemme look it up...
