most mentally handicpaed people want to laugh, many are termondous clowns and LOVE laughter. But they want to LAUGH with you, not be laughed at for the sake of their condition.
although there is ABSOLUTLY nothing wrong with physicaly handicaped XXX material, adult material with the mentally handicaped is another bag of worms ENTIRLY. Some legally mentally handicaped people have legal rights to sign a contract, but a large percentage of those who do will have social services people involved in their decision process and the question of co-erison would be asked more than once in regards to XXX content. Although not technically child porn- the issue of concent would definatly be pressed even in cases where the handicaped person agreed to the photoshoot and signed a contract on it.
Being on the board of directors for a home for the mentally handicaped I have some knowledge on the issue.
Sadly, statistics on sexual abuse with the female mentally handicaped is in excess of 70-80% in most areas. That's a HUGE number, and it means MOST have been sexually abused or assulted. They seem to be a target for people who know that they won't be able to tell anyone what happened. Promoting XXX mentally handicaped material would only WORSEN this DISTURBING trend. I'd liken it to promoting rape or snuff films- even with concenting actors that kind of material only worsens society.
