I wouldn't be surprised if the families won.. There are a lot of down right ridiculous lawsuits being filed where the plaintiffs are winning or getting a big out of court settlement.
Someone on here had some lu-lu's listed a week or two ago.
I still can't get over the McDonald's coffee deal.. that was a yell to anyone who wanted to sue for anything to go for it..
There were two gals who sued a computer manufacturer after they got carpel tunnel syndrome. They said that the manufacturer didn't warn againt this happening.. They got $5,000,000... go figger...
