I don't lease video content, I buy video content sets. You should consider producing some video content sets for sale like the ones at

Shoot a 30 minute sex scene and then encode it in MPEG-1
Then sell it to webmasters for $100 to $300 depending on how good it is.
For example: sell 25 copies of a video content set for $200 = $5,000
