Depends on alot of things...
Your local laws to start with, no one here can give you a straight answer unless they know your local laws.
Secondly... If in the US, is the content sexually explicit as defined by USC 110 Section 2256?
If it's just plain party nudity you'll be fine... but if there's minors there and it's anything other than tits stay away. Remeber, if you don't have the docs anyone can be presumed a minor.
