I seriously believe child sex offenders should get the death penalty, or at the very least locked up for good. It is absolutely impossible to rehabilitate them, each time they are let back on the streets they run at a very high risk of ruining multiple children's lives forever. Even if they do not kill their victims, they often destroy their lives. You shouldn't have to kill someone to get the death penalty.
