Wolesley... you can stop reading right there. Never have there lived a bigger bunch of liberal whiners and crybabies all jammed in one square mile, ever.
The article isn't saying the tax will be reality, it's saying "The proposal is one of hundreds of resolutions party members have brought forward to be considered for debate at the NDP's annual convention, which begins today in Brandon."
No matter what party is in power here there would be these kinds of idiotic proposals being submitted.
