-Judsmovies.com was down for 20 to 30 hours in the last two days, while servers were being upgraded, followed by gateway problems, Lost about 130k in traffic

-My smaller sites are on this dedicated server in florida somewhere, with a company charging me left and right, 500 here and there, totally unauthorized, wont budge, visa has to do an investigation

-Overture has been charing me 50/month for no reason at all, for some stupid ad campaign I apparently purcahsed 3 months back. Guy was a total dick when I called...... THey even have in my account me saying "Cancel this service and refund my money" but oh no, thats not clear enough (they even refunded me the first time and cancelled me,) yet they charged me for another 3 months.

On top of all this when I move all my sites, I have to reconfigure EVERYTHING AGAIN...... nightmare...........
