You don't have to wear underwear. Most good masseuses would prefer to have you take them off if you wear them anyways.
If they are any good you won't even care about a bj or handjob.
Just chill out and enjoy it - you obviously have never had a massage before and your body will be dying for it :^)

BTW - Don't wear any clothes that are too expensive because you will get oil all over them - and if they ask you if you want scented or unscented oil - ask for unscented because the scented stuff really gets into your skin and smells all day.

BTW - you should all get a god damn pedicure too - I'm sure that 90% of the men on this board have dry cracked assed feet. Like I said you don't know what you are all missing.
