Just had one on my finger and remember from High School football this is what the coaches did... and it works.... don't let her watch when you cut the skin off....

i made the mistake of listening to what old teachers had to say. like in weight training they teach you to roll your shoulders when doing shrugs and when you do military presses to do them behind your neck. then later on i hear from several people and read in magazines that it can totally fuck up your shoulders. not to mention the several other things they teach you to do wrong because they are uneducated.
