Notice there aren't any illegal words in that ad. And the link that the page went to was a blank page on a different domain that meta-refreshed to the CP site.
So even if google had filters in place banning certain words and even if they spidered the page the traffic was going to they wouldn't have caught on.
Give them a break, some of you folks act like google built that site or something.
