There is over 3 million muslims in the US according to the US Census.

Imagine if just 1% of them supported the idea of attacks on the US, that would be 30,000 muslims.

and if just 1% of those 30,000 decided to actually blow themselves up in a suicide bombing attack, that would be 300!

and thats not even counting the muslims form other countries that are travelling to the US for the purpose of killing Americans.

I can see why they think attacks against the US are very likely to happen.
