How long you been is business ? I think you may have lost the respect of alot of us on the board for the way you handled this ...
XAMO is a GREAT company ... and I think far more on this board (of the ones that matter anyways) would agree with me than disagree ...
Sometimes in business, fuckups happen ... that is just how it is ... do you not have a phone??? they even have a TOLL FREE nunber man !!! (1.800.544.XAMO ) if you are worried about the LD charges
But this does not sound like a fuckup to me at all ... if you were doing business with me and decided to take your business elsewhere, that's 100% cool ... but I would hold your server until your bill was settled too brother ... $400 or $4'000'000
I have owned to many businesses in my life to know that when a customer stops doing business with you, if they still owe you a "little bit" of money, they figure the can stiff you and you will just absorb it ...
The way I see it ... your server is their security on that balance.
You yourself admitted that $400 is not a big deal, so why not just pay up and I'm sure this whole thing will be sorted out by the end of the day ... I know the XAMO boys very well, and they are first class businessmen.

Derek sends out one email maybe every few months ... letting his CLIENTS know what is going on at XAMO ... I don't find that intrusive at all ...
