I've always figured if the Antichrist is an American it would be on a White House level (this is under the presumption that at the time the US is unchallenged as the world's superpower). Otherwise I think it would more likely to be someone in power of a multi-national organization (not necessarily U.N.) because of the "one world government" part of the foretelling.
GW matches a
lot of the critera for the Antichrist. He's done a lot of dumb things, he's often wrong, but it always works out... and people love him for it.
