Get this. The FBI is telling me that it may not be a crime. We bought something and he didn't deliver so it's civil. How fucked up is that? As for faking Greg's identity, they are saying that they didn't steal his real identity, just saying that your name is the same as someone else's isn't a crime.
Clearly the guy preyed on an industry that probably wouldn't call the FBI, appealed to their greed and took money from them. If that isn't a con job I don't know what is.
Anyway, they said it may or may not be criminal. My fingers are crossed.
