Looks like the guy in the pic needs an implant rather than a pump. I don't know what is more disturbing, the pic itself or the fact that it has been posted multiple times in this forum.
I think those programs prey more on men's insecurities rather than really working. Maybe they should be working on a Vagina narrower....just a thought.
