i am canadian and everyone know we are the smartest and all but i would say china is second then possibly the USA but obviously this guy aint smart, this is what he called the post "American are STUPID" i would have though it would have been AMERICA IS STUPID or AMERICANS ARE STUPID?? you be the judge.
