Do you think it's better to send traffic directly to a sponsor or to send them to a targeted full page ad with with blurs and exits where you offer the surfer other niches of interests and "Join For Free" stuff on the last exits if he doesn't bite? Do you feel this is maximizing you traffic or is it better to get a surfer to the sponsor as quick as possible?

How do you rip off a newbie and sell traffic to them for more than it will convert for?
How do you cancel clean accounts without worring how you will sleep at night?
