I can't stand the way the FBI just trys to throw their weight around.

I saw this tape - and am sorry I did, but it is protected. Tons of people are offended by pornography. the head of the Justice department would like nothing better to see everyone on this board in Jail.
It is ashame what has happened to the FBI over the years. Having dealt with them before - they just think everyone should bend over for them whenever the say - no matter the inconvenience to you.
It is kind of funny when you tell them no. They act like they have never heard it.

gets 'em all flustered and then the threats start coming...
Prohosters did what they should have done. If the FBI gets a court order - they can take it down. They knew they couldn't - so they resorted to intimidation. There are judges on duty 24/7. They can get a court order in less than an hour.
There is no way they can claim any laws were broken. I would sue the agent involved if it was my site.
