There is no way they should eat the money for every asshat that charges back after downloading 1/2 the content, however, if the surfer is charging back because the site really sucks, well, that isn't the affiliates fault. Bottom line, if sponsor "A" has a lot of chargebacks, move on to sponsor "B".
