Thanks. TMPGEnc will read WMV files but will not write them, so it can't touch
the audio without converting the video to MPEG. Thanks though, it's getting closer

Good answer, thanks. I have the old version (1.3c) but it crashes when loading WMV files.
When forcefeeding the latest version of VD with WMV files, the warning box hints at the above
version, but if you have something older let me know
It's such a simple task, I can't believe it's giving me trouble.
