Refund Period Extension

Effective Date: May 15, 2002
Effective 5/15/02, the refund link will be available for the first 14 days (increased from 5 days) after a payment is sent. Members can access the link on the payment's Transaction Details page.

I cannot find that payements Transaction details page...or I am just blind and cannot find the links
