Whether you were wrong or not I have no idea, but you handled the situation like shit. Before you go talking to a customer rep you need to chill out and think the situation over. Don't get pissy at them because it isn't their fault. It's their job to help you, which they will gladly do, but not if you're pissy. If you expect anyone to jump out and really help you out, you need to talk to them the way you want to be talked to.
If you ever get pissy like that with me, most likely because of a computer error, I'll punch your fuckin' lights out.
