When he told me he was owed $40 and change and that he was not going to be able to make the minimum i said "ok, a check will be sent for the remainder of what is owed".

I guess a check was not what he wanted to hear because he immediately told me he would be disparaging me on the boards.

He was and is going to be paid.. he just blew up when he realized threating me would not get the rules bent for him.
