To answer your question, no i didn't know "shit" about the Mexican postal service.
With that being said, all he had to do after i mentioned sending a check would have been to EXPLAIN to me the postal issue in his area

immediately threaten to disparage myself and tcg publicly. geez.
Guess what? Had he not handled himself in such a dispicable way, he would have been sent the monies owed via Epass. We always try to work with our Webmasters.
