If you're going to be so rude as to post icq logs, don't duplicate the screens and cut a bunch of stuff off of them.
Looks to me like Laura Lee was trying to help you -- you did agree to the minimum payout with their program BEFORE you sent the first hit -- she is not in charge of accounting --
