Qwest is the Devil itself. Fuck them.
Comcast has flaws and I'm pretty pissed at them right now as they could not have gone down at a worse time and I allowed my frustrations with them to compound another issue today. Not cool.
So.....I just got off the phone with Comcast and these fuckers were "gracious" enough to offer me 3 days worth of pro-rated credit for the outages.
Not good enough fuckers.......I will call back tomorrow and work my way up the chain of command until I have a minimum of 1 month credited.
