Perhaps you could have explained that you have many people ask about that and hence you need to raise the simplest explanation as a possibility... and then gone on to outline other things such as putting in a request to your tech team.

I wouldn't consider gfy to be proper business communications, though if you manage to sift through all the garbage sometimes you can find some really nice pieces of information. This thread was trying to get the information from others that may have experienced the same issue which I was seeking from you though only received a one line response.

It sounds like it is just a stats reset issue. If people are not aware of the stats resetting, then we need to do a better job of getting the message out. That said, I don't see the complaint that much, but I am also not on the front line of every support email.
I have added you to my icq, so when you are online, lets go over all possible causes.
Sounds as though we have a good, prosperous relationship between us, lets keep it that way. Emails and chat forums can at times, lead to misinterpretations and miscommunications.
