Is the guy guilty for sleeping with a married women? Or is the women more guilty because she's the married one? Since both parties were drunk is that a good excuse?

Being drunk is never an excuse. You are MORE responsible for what you do when drunk because it's not secret that alcohol impairs judgment.
And she is the more guilty party, because SHE is the one who has promised to be faithful. However, he's still a schmuck.
