a kid is new to the biz
he buys bulk content which he thought was going to be all the same and it seems he didnt ask if all the content was the same niche.
it seems the established seller, knowing the kids a newb doenst bother telling the newb that not all the content is what the newb thinks hes going to get.
newb gets mad because of his newbiness and posts his complaint
the seller, threatens a lawsuit.
the newb should ask seller if he could just pay for what he wants nd made a mistake (because if his newbiness in thinking and not asking about all the content) and get some sort of refund for what he cant use from seller
seller should agree
newb and seller agree to a refund/restocking price
