Skirts all the way....... Even more so when they aren't wearing panties!
Tight jeans are hot, don't get me wrong. But there is something about the easy access of a girl wearing a skirt. All that is stopping you from seeing her panties or more is a small amount of fabric that the wind might blow up for you, allowing you a peek. You don't get that with Jeans.
And I think you would be surprised at how many girls don't bother to wear panties when they go your local store.......
