whenever my gf tells me females have a higher pain tolerance than men... i tell her that isn't true, it's actually the same biologically. but woman, especially in this day n' age, are always pushing to be more masculine, and whenever they experience pain - they won't let it be known... however guys on the other hand, most are secure with their masculentity and have nothing to prove, and will openly show how they feel in response to pain.
so it boils down to guys "keeping it real" and women being insecure
