He's linking to a page on a website. If you don't want people to link to that page, then use a fucking .htaccess. There is nothing illegal about what he's doing, right? Show me the law.
A law that would stop linking to directories would also stop linking to any page on the web without permission of the site owner. If we used your logic, then the web wouldn't exist.
I am against content theft, but this is not that. He is linking to a page on your site and you didn't give him permission to - well, then stop him. Again, when was the last time you asked permission to link to a page on any website? I bet you don't ask permission to link to other sites either, right?
