Not really... before they go after a company that they know has
non licensed software.... THE 1st thing they look at is if they are able to pay the fine.... At least it use to be this
way... I have not kept up with this... for the last few years....
Also they don't go after the REALLY BIG company's ( they have toooooo many resources).... Mid size...
and then the BIG ones read about the Mid size ones getting busted and they clean there own house... And Mid size
use to be in there eye's 25 million to 200 million... ...
What they want when they bust a company is Money 1st..... then the headlines.... ( and a high profile company ) (

Am not talking about the people re-distributing their wares illegally, they have gone after them from day one (1).
