why is everyone so upset ? let him spam ... there is easy countermeasures against ICQ spamming - know them and you won't get any spam.
And *if* you get spam, don't worry, just report it and make it your hobby to take the spamming shit down. I got freeezine spam in my email a few times, reported all of them ...
