If Lensman will agree to a vote of the masses than he is truly respecting the fact that "The Webmaster is King".

I think every webmaster in here is able to be replaced. It's business. Just like the guy flippin burgers at McDonald's. As soon as he quits or gets fired. There's another hard worker in line willing to push the envelope. Someone spoke of not being able to take the heat. Webmasters leave cause they have low self esteam or banned because they are full of steam. To all you on anyone's nuts. Gat a grip! Forget him and everyother webmaster like him.
A liitle girl cries to her mom because she wants that pearl necklace in at the toy store. After a month of begging and never giving up. Her mom buys the pearl necklace. She takes it home to show her dad. Her dad asks her if he can have it. She cries no daddy, I love my necklace. The next day he asks her again. She cries and says she loves that necklace and never wants to give it away. On the third day he asks she cries to him and finally gives him the necklace. Right after she hands him the necklace, he reaches into his jacket and pulls out long black box. He hands the nice box to her and says "Here, it's yours!" With excitment she openeds it up. Low and behold a Genuine Pearl Necklace.
Moral: If you accept the banning of any webmaster, it increases the chances of finding bigger and better webmasters
