Hi, I was away for the weekend so didnt have time to check the replies but here they are:

1. You can easily import galleries and thumbs if you have a list of them. All you need is the url of the gallery and the url of the thumbnail.

2. There is one core database which is being used. However, all galleries are unique to one site as well as most settings. So you have 1 physical database and one cpanel, but settings/galleries/categories etc are still unique per site.

3. For this moment you could have your mysql on a remote server. However all sites need to be at the same server. Vanilla will support multiple servers in the future though.

4. Yes, the license goes per site/domain
