i think charly is confused by what the rights to stuff like this entails. 'exclusive rights' means exclusive rights to use online, not in print/dvd etc and definitely not the right to resell it. the content provider will still own the content, they just wont sell it to anyone else.
I always see that. Lifetime exclusive for the web only. So, do most of these content brokers then resell the content for videos? Are they planning to sell to a cable channel in the future? What do most of them do with the web exclusive video content?

I can understand photos, where you resell them to print mags, advertising, whatever, but where does most of the shot-for-website-exclusive video stuff end up other than the web?
