Strange computer problem, advice needed.

So our server is encoding some content, and all of a sudden it reboots itself. Upon rebooting, I get a "cannot load OS" error. Pop the drive in another computer and find out that the C: partition (the drive has 3 partitions, one for the OS and the other two for content) is totally garbled. I put in a new hard drive, install the OS, and bam, same thing happens about 3 hours later. I throw that computer out the window, and went and bought a new computer last night.. This morning as I'm copying files over to the new computer guess what...the thing reboots and the OS partition is fried!!!

WTF??? Virus? Bad power? I'm at a loss...
