Heres what I think:

Usually people buy traffic for sites because they cant seem to get the traffic to build up. Buying traffic for a site that doesnt convert is a waste of money since after the purchased traffic is gone the traffic will eventually slowly die off. If it didnt convert before it wont convert now.

If you have a site that converts really well then you dont need to buy traffic because its capable of increasing in size all on its own.

The key is to develop a site that converts.

Just thought I would mention it.
